<li><h3><span>Updates new hires and terminations in payroll system and ensure that employee information is accurate</span></h3></li>
<li><h3><span>Prepares verification of employment requests as needed</span></h3></li>
<li><h3><span>Collect pay inputs and punches, perform time maintenance activities, and report accurate timecards</span></h3></li>
<li><h3><span>Prepares biweekly, monthly, and commission payroll for processing on a ADP system</span></h3></li>
<li><h3><span>Verifies taxes, levies, voluntary withholdings, and garnishments are accurate</span></h3></li>
<li><h3><span>Provides quality customer service in assisting employees with payroll issues</span></h3></li>
<li><h3><span>Maintains voluntary deduction files to include computation, input, and verification to the payroll register</span></h3></li>
<li><h3><span>Ensures paychecks are correct and delivered on time</span></h3></li>
<li><h3><span>Performs all payroll-related audit preparation tasks</span></h3></li>
<li><h3><span>Maintaining ADP portal for all activity including health insurance and workers compensation insurance</span></h3></li>
<li><h3><span>Maintain Excel spreadsheets such as Vacation, First week of pay</span></h3></li>
<li><h3><span>Uploading employee’s documents to ADP Cloud</span></h3></li>
<li><h3><span>Enrolling employees on Cigna and UHC portals and sending forms to agent.</span></h3></li>
<li><h3><span>Managing the COBRA portals (recording qualifying events)</span></h3></li>
<li><h3><span>Setting up new employees with Certify account</span></h3></li>
<li><h3><span>Scheduling drug test and background check</span></h3></li>
<li><h3><span>Maintaining I-9 and green card/work permit folders</span></h3></li>
<li><h3><span>Assigning training to newly hired employees</span></h3></li>

<li><h3><span>Recommends and implements personnel policies and procedures; interprets and explains human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations</span></h3></li>
<li><h3><span>Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns</span></h3></li>
<li><h3><span>Maintain company HR SharePoint portal</span></h3></li>
<li><h3><span>Supports management with training and corrective action processes and all terminations to eliminate potential liability and enhance processes</span></h3></li>
<li><h3>Maintain new hire orientation as well as enhanced on-boarding process that provide a rich experience for new hires, and results in short term satisfaction and long-term engagement</h3></li>
<li><h3><span>Assist in developing health & wellness programs; manage annual health insurance renewal and open enrollment process. Review and analyze master contracts, benefit summaries and booklets with respect to plan design and ensure state, federal and local compliance requirements affecting employee benefit plans</span></h3></li>
<li><h3><span>Manage all leave of absences with a clear understanding of FMLA/CFRA</span></h3></li>
<li><h3><span>Prepare security clearance requests, and other approved informational requests</span></h3></li>
<li><h3><span>Maintain current knowledge of OSHA and ensure the company’s compliance with all regulations</span></h3></li>
<li><h3>Ensures compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws</h3></li>

<li><h3><span><strong>Prior full-cycle payroll experience is a must.</strong></span></h3></li>
<li><h3><span>Discretion, superb organizational skills, and professional maturity</span></h3></li>
<li><h3><span>Associate or bachelor’s degree, plus 2-4 years of work experience</span></h3></li>
<li><h3><span>Good working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations</span></h3></li>
<li><h3><span>Experience using an automated payroll system, preferably ADP</span></h3></li>
<li><h3><span>Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook</span></h3></li>
