Sales Executive

What This Role Is About

As the owner of an assigned sales territory, the Sales Executive will work to cultivate new CT|One customers and maintain existing client relationships. This role will require leveraging data and taking a strategic approach to prioritize potential new customers, and focus on solution selling by identifying needs and current pain points. Through follow-up and diligence on market qualified leads and sales qualified opportunities, performing software demonstrations, and through strong relationship building, the Sales Executive will strive to transition prospects into customers. With a six month training program and team support, the right Sales Executive will be given the tools and resources to succeed in this role.

Who We’re Looking For

  • An A Player who is looking to earn their real-world Sales MBA
  • Strong desire to win
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Diligent in follow up and strong attention to detail
  • Strong relationship management skills and proven ability to build relationships quickly
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A positive, upbeat attitude and coach’s mentality 
  • A track record of setting and exceeding goals in sales and professional development
  • Strong communication skills with others (internal/external) especially in high-stress situations
