Manager of Implementation

Job Description
What This Role is About
As the Manager of Implementation, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of Implementation Managers with responsibility for the overall success of new customer implementation and adoption of our software. You will identify system and workflow improvements to enhance team efficiency and create high levels of customer satisfaction. In addition to the overall team success, you will be responsible for your own customer implementation and training projects.
  • Oversee implementation managers and new customer implementations
  • Monitor and measure implementation metrics to develop standards and improve processes
  • Collaborate with and recommend product or service changes to our Product and Development departments based on customer feedback and requests
  • Investigate and resolve any issues with financial transactions and product subscriptions that occur throughout the onboarding process
  • Manage customer implementation and training projects on time and within budget to exceed customer expectations

Who We’re Looking For
  • An individual with strong attention to detail with a proven track record of follow through
  • Strong relationship management skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively with others in both low and high-stress situations
  • An individual with a positive and upbeat attitude
  • An individual with strong independent judgement to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Willingness to travel up to 40%
  • 2+ years’ of EHR experience and managing an implementation team
  • 5+ years’ of leadership experience
  • Bachelor Degree, or equivalent experience required
  • Experience working with payers including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurances
