Your mission?

If you think you would enjoy building HR in the multinational expanding environment and have solid HR experience then continue reading and become one of those who put the base stones. Delivering high quality and value to our business across different countries is our goal. We need a person, who can cover a wide range of activities from strategic and tactical HR support to line clients in the achievement of business objectives. You will take care of realization of talent management strategy and successfully integrate HR processes, structures and programs.

You will be in charge of…

HR strategy implementation

  • Act as the single point of contact for the people managers and employees 
  • Provide coaching to people managers on key HR processes, e.g. Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Employee Development and Career planning
  • Partner with managers and other relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with HR policies, local employment laws and employee/ labour relations
  • Demonstrate close collaboration with HR colleagues from other entities to ensure alignment of local practices and programs with the collective HR strategy and goals
  • Identify ways to improve everything we do as we grow

Talent Management

  • Work with people managers on the enhancement of key capabilities that underpin the business plans
  • Execution of talent management processes, tools and deliverables
  • Consultation on appropriate talent attraction, retention, and reward strategies
  • Support execution of local Talent Management/ Development plans initiated by the business and which require HR partnership

Organization development

Cooperation in Organization restructuring including:

  • Identifying change impacts to people resulting from transformation initiatives
  • Recruitment to complete the sourcing, selection and staffing processes for candidates to fill roles within the organization 

Employee Engagement

  • Take care of the onboarding process for newcomers and employee perks and benefits
  • Provide high-quality advice and service to management on a daily basis
  • Provide coaching and counselling to people managers and employees on HR matters
  • Support people managers in dealing with employee performance and disciplinary issues, ensuring compliance with local laws 

HR Operations/ Project Management

  • Actively participate in the development and implementation of global and regional HR projects 
  • Advise and support senior leaders and managers to address complex issues impacting the business that result in the best possible outcomes for the company, teams, and people
  • Design and implement local HR solutions, which align with global programs, but address specific local issues
  • Ensure local HR policies and processes are well-documented, compliant with local labour laws or regulations and communicated effectively
  • Collaborate with vendors and colleagues (related to payroll, immigration office, Health and Welfare and 401K)
  • Lead and manage all audits and compliance requirements for the business

What should you have to succeed?

  • Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations (labour related)
  • Strong understanding of Compensation & Benefits principles and market practices and able to apply to business context
  • Strong knowledge of hiring processes
  • Customer-focused and positive attitude, with a high level of professionalism and discretion
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Unconventional innovative approach
  • Up to date knowledge of employment legislation and best practice
  • Knowledge of job evaluation process, grading structures and link with rewards
  • Expertise in HR policies and procedures
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent HR experience (min. 5 years in HR Generalist work or related field supporting multi-state organization)
