Your Mission?

Grab the exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing SW company, where you will lead and improve tax compliance for Pricefx globally. This is a new role with the scope to make it your own. You will report to the Director of Operational Finance.

You will be in charge of...

• Ensure Global direct and indirect tax compliance in United States, France, Australia, Czech Republic, United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland and any other jurisdictions as required
• Ensure timely and accurate global filings – both direct and indirect taxes in countries aforementioned
• Manage external local tax advisor and authority relationships
• Lead audit relationship for tax with the group external auditor
• Manage and coordinate tax audits
• Own group transfer pricing policy and associated processes
• Identify and mitigate tax risks
• Implement and improve tax compliance and processes
• Manage tax provisions
• Maintain direct and indirect tax balances on the general ledger
• Ad hoc tasks as required

What should you have to succeed?

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position in a multi-jurisdictional environment
• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, Finance or Tax
• Excellent communication skills (fluent English), confidence in handling internal and external stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of tax code, compliance, and procedures for corporations.
• Good knowledge of international taxes and compliance
• Strong experience with a variety of tax operations and ability to drive process improvements.
• Advanced Excel skills are essential
• Solid organizational skills, including meticulous attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Experience with business strategy, corporate finance, financial analysis, and valuation
• Operate under tight deadlines, and handle multiple conflicting high-priority tasks
• Teamwork skills and customer orientation are a key pre-requisite
• Analytical skills, process thinking and accuracy
• Proactive approach to problem solving, ability to understand differing viewpoints without losing sight of the goal
