The Position:

OPSWAT is looking for a seasoned Account Executive to join our direct sales team in our offices in the United States or Europe. This is a key customer facing role responsible for prospecting target accounts, turning leads into happy customers, and developing existing customers.  This role is an evangelist for the OPSWAT Cloud Solutions.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Hunt new business within your assigned account base; successful prospecting methods should be second nature to you.

  • Respond to inbound leads; High conversion rates are part of your past success

  • Account management and development of existing customers

  • Develop thought leadership/trusted advisor relationship with your customers and prospects

  • Manage and maintain high rate of subscription renewal for our existing customers.

  • Develop and maintain a minimum of 3X pipeline to quota

  • Consultative selling and intensely listening to your customers.

  • Identifying and converting opportunities into sales.
  • Skillfully executing each phase of the sales process from pipeline generation to closing the deal.
  • Clearly articulating the value proposition of solutions and products and the endless possibilities of the digital enterprise to your customers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of both the customers and competitive landscape, enabling a business dialogue to be conducted with C-level contacts and their teams

What We Need From You:

  • 2 – 4 years of Cloud Application sales experience with at least 1 year of security sales (extra points for experience selling malware detection solutions, subscription based or SaaS security tools)

  • Can demonstrate consistent quota attainment track record

  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Basic understanding of business processes and tools (salesforce, etc)
  • Self-motivated with a winning attitude

  • Team player
