The Position:

We are looking for a SOFTWARE QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER to join our growing software developer team. We do agile development as a team.  As a member of our team in VESZPRÉM, you will be involved in every stage of the software development lifecycle, focusing especially on the quality-related tasks.

What You Will Be Doing

• Define test strategy
• Create test plan
• Review/Approve specifications and test cases
• Improve and Support the test automation framework
• Write detailed test cases
• Support automation
• Support the current QA process
• Propose and introduce new QA processes
• Perform integration tests
• Perform End-to-End tests
• Performance measurement and evaluation
• Work in a cross-product environment, support several projects
• Work in a worldwide team
• Work for the continuous improvement in the field of QA to achieve the highest standards

What We Need From You

• University degree (preferably Computer Science, Informatics or related subjects)
• Experience in Windows and Linux
• Experience in test case management
• Software quality assurance experience
• Strong team orientation
• Understand and use different test strategy through the development cycle to maintain overall high product quality
• Experience in version management
• Experience in API testing, scripting
• Good English skills (reading and writing technical documents)
• Skilled in test automation or eager to learn how to eliminate boring manual tasks
• Dedication to developing high-quality, high-performance products for critical infrastructures
• Open to learn new technologies every day and don’t be afraid to make mistakes

It Would Be Nice If You Had

• Experience in software testing
• Experience with various tools, including Teamcity, Java, Spring framework, Groovy, XenServer
• Strong scripting routine
• Experience in agile development
• Basic DataBase knowledge
• Cybersecurity background
