The Position:
We are looking for a Product Manager with prior technical experience, to join our endpoint security team and contribute to the development and rapid growth of our existing products. This individual will bring best practices and proven track record in managing OPSWAT’s industry leading endpoint and compliance security development platform. Cybersecurity experience is highly desired to understand the competitive landscape of the market and develop strategies that align with the growing demand.
In this hands-on, high-impact role, you will collaborate with multiple teams of engineers, business development and sales to build, improve and scale OPSWAT's endpoint business. You must be able to handle both business and technical sides of the solutions; have strong analytical skills and partnering mindset; research the relevant market and industries to understand customer problem sets and navigate paths for the best fit solution strategy.
What You Will Be Doing
Partner with Engineering and Business Development team to develop, lead and execute on an appropriate strategy for the next generation technology across different platforms
Create PRDs for new product features
Design specification and acceptance criteria for new features
Work with the Engineering team to build the product roadmap
Partner with the Customer Success team to understand the customer needs and wants, by collecting information from existing customers
Assess market competition and generate gap analysis
Partner with the Marketing team to help promote the product, by hosting webinars, drafting blog posts and maintaining the product website up to date
Creating assets and collaterals for sales and product marketing
Partner with the Business Development and assist in pre-sales tasks, by guiding prospects to successful POCs or product trials
What We Need From You
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related major
Prior experience as a Product Manager
Previous programming experience (C++ is a plus)
Excellent English communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Passion for building leading technology
Desire to learn and grow
