The Position: 

We are looking for a skilled manager, to join our vulnerability and patch management team and contribute to the success of OPSWAT’s leading endpoint security development platform. This position is aimed at an individual with prior experience working in the endpoint vulnerability and patch management field, with a proven track record of implementing best-practice agile development methodology. 

In this highly focused, fast-paced role, you will manage multiple remote engineering teams, partner with business development, sales, and customer success to build and expand OPSWAT’s endpoint vulnerability and patch management business.  


What You Will Be Doing 

  • Partner with Product Management team to develop, lead and execute new product features 
  • Review PRDs and provide feedback and guidance to the Engineering team 
  • Decide the feasibility of implementations, by driving proof of concept projects 
  • Work with the Engineering team to provide estimates for new product features 
  • Review and improve existing engineering processes 
  • Drive innovation and steer the product to a leading market position 
  • Mentor, coach and provide career path opportunities to team members 
  • Partner with Business Development in pre-sales tasks and offer technical guidance to prospects from evaluation to integration 
  • Partner with the Customer Success team to understand the customer needs and wants  


What We Need From You 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related major 
  • Prior experience in vulnerability and patch management 
  • Solid programming skills (C++ is a plus) 
  • Very good English communication skills and experience leading teams 
  • Passion for building leading technology 
  • Experience working with remote teams 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills 
  • Experience implementing software engineering industry best practices

  • Experience developing cross-platform software applications 
  • Experience developing cloud applications 
  • Experience with scripting languages (Python, Ruby) 
  • Experience developing enterprise applications
