Notley is in search of an AP/AR Specialist that has a strong background in Accounting. This position is located in East Austin, TX and is a full-time role. The ideal candidate will be professional, amiable, eager to learn, and will take sole ownership of the given responsibilities.

Responsibilities may vary but include:
Handle accounts payable invoices for multiple nonprofit and for-profit entities
Process accounts receivable for multiple nonprofit and for-profit entities
Reconcile corporate credit cards and expense reimbursements
Communicate effectively with external stakeholders and internal staff
Ensure high-quality standards are embedded in our transactions and systems
Maintain an organized digital filing system
Manage expectations for timely completion of tasks and projects
Provide feedback and suggestions that both solve problems and improve performance
Maintain a respectful and cheerful demeanor
Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Accounting is strongly preferred (an Accounting Certification will also be considered)
1-4 years of AP and AR experience
Adept at processing high volumes and variety of AP and AR
High level of comfort with general ledger accounting including working knowledge of GAAP
Strong Excel skills
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Direct and related experience in accounting and a fast-growing business
Experience with Netsuite and Salesforce is a plus
Experience with nonprofit accounting is a plus
