Senior Account Executive - EU

To support our continued growth, we are hiring a highly motivated and organized Senior Account Executive to lead our sales efforts in Europe. This role will be based in The Netherlands or Belgium, and report to our Vice President of Sales.

The Position

In this role, you’ll use your proven solution sales skills in acquiring new accounts and working with existing customers in the highly competitive Chemicals, Materials and Life Sciences industries. As a hunter selling to medium/large companies with either headquarters or locations within Europe,  you’ll meet with clients and prospects via phone and web meetings, along with traveling throughout the region. Supported by a dedicated sales engineer (also based in Europe), you’ll manage the overall sales cycle and account relationship, while working in a global, cross-functional team sales environment.

What We Must Have

  • Minimum 3-5 years enterprise technology sales experience.

  • Experience selling software into one or more of the following industries: Chemicals, Materials, and/or Life Sciences.

  • Willingness and ability to travel 25-50% within Europe.

Nice To Have (but not required)

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

  • Strong analytics education or experience.

  • Multi-lingual.
