Job Description 

We are looking for positive, high energy, and driven Membership Sales Associates to join the COPA STC team. This role encompasses a variety of fitness sales and marketing responsibilities. Sales Associates will be responsible for reaching monthly New Member goals, Personal Training sales, and generating new marketing opportunities. This role’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Essential Functions:

• Execute New Member and Personal Training sales
• Lead facility tours for prospective members
• Follow COPA Fit sales process and Lead Management Protocol
• Assist in community outreach, social media, and in-house marketing campaigns
• Provide exceptional customer service experience to prospective and existing members
• Assist in the daily operations within COPA Fit, including front of house hospitality, existing member and prospective member check-ins
• Perform sales transactions as needed
• Ensure and maintain the cleanliness of the facility and equipment
• Follow all facility and department policies and procedures

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Knowledge and passion for health and fitness
• Active First Aid & CPR/AED certification for children and adults
• At least 1 year of experience working in Fitness Membership Sales
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service to all clients
• Ability to work with a large team
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and professional conduct in all situations
• Efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision
• Available to work evenings and weekends
• Ability to maintain relationships with members, guests, employees, and management

Required:

• Active First Aid & CPR/AED certification for children & adults (Certification process available upon hire)
• Experience working in sales

Compensation

• Competitive pay including incentives
