We’re looking for a seasoned product manager to help unlock the value of our data platform for users with a variety of roles and sophistication levels.
What You'll Do:
Apply data-driven approach to identify and prioritize areas of opportunity for increasing engagement with SaaS analytics product
Drive product development — from conception to launch — of new products built on top of Gro’s market leading agriculture intelligence platform
Use hypothesis-driven validation to manage risk in addressing market demands
Define, prioritize, and communicate short and long term product goals using feature lists, user stories and roadmaps
Develop a deep understanding of customers by conducting research, data analysis, customer interviews, and usability testing
Partner with Gro’s Customer Success team to monitor and evaluate the success of ongoing client engagements
What You Have:
3+ years of experience in product management roles, ideally for companies building b2b data software (e.g. financial services, online advertising, business intelligence, etc)
Prior experience in all aspects of product management across a matrixed organization, managing every aspect of the process from inception through public launch
Excellent leadership skills and ability to build strong relationships across distinct stakeholders
Analytical chops and know-how in building data-driven decision and measurement systems
Strong attention to detail, with an ability to take a step back and understand the bigger picture
Successful experience building and executing product roadmaps aligned with business requirements and technology capabilities in global businesses
Experience with A/B testing and optimization on landing pages
Deep intuition and passion for product
Startup experience strongly preferred
Fluency in ticket management tools (JIRA or others)
Knowledge of Optimizely and/or Mixpanel
SEO, SEM, paid social, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics knowledge
