Summary of Functions and Responsibilities:

As a UI/UX Designer at FOO you will be responsible for overseeing all user experience and design aspects. You will get the chance to work with the creative team on various user experience journeys and pitch ideas to stakeholders. Our ideal candidate is passionate about technology and digital transformation. He is a great team player curious about every aspect of the design and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the creative team and developers to maintain a cohesive design and experience throughout our products and projects
• Design intuitive user interfaces for websites, web apps and mobile apps
• Create responsive designs for mobile, desktop, and other devices
• Create wireframes, mockups and prototypes based on client requirements before proceeding to implementation
• Create prototypes to show and demonstrate interactions
• Conduct Usability Testing to validate design concepts
• Regularly participate in design reviews
• Ensure design achieves our UX standards, and remains in scope
• Conceptualize and design logos and brand identities

Requirements:

• A strong portfolio showcasing your work and design skills
• at least 2+ years of experience in UI/UX 
• Ability to rapidly produce multiple visual directions/options and UI/UX concepts
• Solid understanding of branding and typography
• Super organized and detail oriented to efficiently and accurately deal with large number of deliverables on a daily basis
• Self-motivated, ability to work with limited direction
• BA in Graphic Design or equivalent
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of Sketch and Invision tools is preferred
• Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and CSS basics is a plus
• Knowledge of 2d, 3D and animation is a plus
