You can create a deck. Make a video. Do work. This is your chance to be creative, persuasive, and to carve your own path. We encourage you to be convincing and passionate.

• We don’t care which school you went to, or if you even went to college at all. From high school dropouts to classics PhDs, our team is made up of people, not diplomas.
• We love to hire T-shaped peeps and are big believers in the word ‘AND’.  Where does your expertise lie AND  what are the other broad skills you’ve acquired along the way?
• We go after the students of life - the ones we can teach, but also who can teach us. Let us know what you want to learn but more importantly what you can school us in.
• We hire for grit, resourcefulness, and resilience. Make sure you tell us how these characteristics have come into play in your life.
