An Account Manager is responsible for managing an array of accounts and working directly with the rest of our team members to create a constant flow of information. Account Managers are also responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new clients and leading team productivity.

What you will be doing:

  • Act as primary contact and agency liaison with client contact

  • Manage client relationship ensuring satisfaction through meeting objectives, managing expectations, and consistent status updates

  • Follow up and remain in regular contact with client providing status updates through professional and insightful emails and phone calls

  • Deliver work and findings to client through effective presentation materials and communication strategies

  • Prepare and craft case studies, decks and SOWs

  • Coordinate project deliverables including scope, budget, timelines and workflow

  • Participate in client planning process including assessment, brand positioning, competitive landscape and industry trends

  • Identify significant research findings and synthesize them in an actionable report

  • Assist with managing the client/project’s financial health through a foundational knowledge of P&L, ROI, stakeholders, decision makers, fiscal year

  • Assist in the identification of new marketing opportunities with existing clients

  • Execute implementation of tactical plans once strategic plan is approved to carry through Client's marketing strategies and ultimately accomplish Client's marketing objectives

  • Participate in the development and agreement of measurement/success criteria for plan and program evaluation ensuring objectives and measurement benchmarks are clearly defined

  • Analyze plan & program performance against key success metrics (ROI, revenue etc)

What you bring:

  • Excellent public speaking skills and experience

  • Thorough knowledge of the principles of advertising, marketing and media

  • Thorough knowledge of the dynamics of digital and interactive. How each digital and interactive element performs alone, how they perform together and how they are constantly changing

  • Ability to use alternative analytical approaches to solve digital/interactive/marketing problems     

  • 2+ years in the industry or related experience in developing interactive projects and managing large creative team and clients

  • Experience with various projects types, including web, mobile, video, brand, and strategic consulting

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
