  • Provide basic level technical support via phone, email, and instant messaging

  • Manage, categorize and elevate incoming tickets using defined processes and criteria

  • Diagnose complex vehicle tracking data to identify issues and direct customer understanding

  • Decipher patterns and trends from data to further product knowledge and development

  • Handling of billing related questions, discrepancies and problems

  • Order fulfillment, inventory and stock management; reordering, reconciliation, RMA requests, etc.

  • Customer onboarding : Train customers to use ClearPathGPS web portal and tracker functionality

  • Ensure coverage of phone lines between either 7:00am and 3:30pm or 9:00am and 5:30pm.

Skills and Knowledge

  • BA/BS degree preferred, but not required this is an entry level, tier 1 position.

  • 2+ years in a customer facing role (automotive and telecommunications industries a plus)

  • Experience with Google Sheets/Microsoft Office

  • Adept user of all basic computer functions

  • Ability to learn new technologies and assist / share knowledge with non-technical users

  • Excellent written and spoken English

  • Spanish speaking candidates with the ability to converse and explain technical subject matters with customers are highly desired

  • High attention to detail, ability to critically analyze and eagerness to problem solve

  • A willingness and independent desire to take on new responsibilities and projects as they present themselves or are made available

  • Must be capable of climbing one full set of stairs to reach our office, located on the second floor.
