VIDEO: Producer, Insider Productions

Job Description

The producer will be a shooter and editor on sponsored projects for Insider Productions, the video team at Insider Inc that is responsible for executing client work. The Producer may also be asked to direct sponsored shoots. Projects range from in-studio interviews to field shoots with talent and moving action. 

As a shooter, the producer will be responsible for capturing high quality footage (stable, in-focus, well-lit) on sponsored projects with a team of producers. 

As an editor, the producer will be responsible for editing sponsored video projects as well as sizzle reels to showcase Insider Inc video offerings. 

Candidates should have:

  • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop

  • The ability to work quickly and collaboratively with a fast-paced team

  • Experience with basic lighting (three-point set up)

  • Experience using audio and digital video equipment including Canon and Sony cameras

  • Experience producing client video work

  • Ability to quickly execute scripts into videos that will be shared across platforms

  • A passion for video storytelling and commercial work that captures the attention of viewers while delivering on client KPIs
