About the Role:
As Remote Human Resources you will partner with executives company wide to help build the Braintrust team. You will help us raise the bar with every hire, and ensure every employee is empowered to their best work.
You will run the end to end recruiting process; from developing job descriptions, interview questions, and candidate scorecards to searching for candidates, managing inbound applications, and conducting first round screens, to scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and presenting an offer.
You will also have a hand in day to day operations at the company, managing administrative items and spearheading culture initiatives that enable employees to do their best work.
A successful candidate in this role will be able to take our existing recruiting process and run it in an organized, efficient, and effective way. They will excel in a high performance culture and always be looking for ways to help the company improve and succeed.
Manage the hiring process end to end. Develop an organized and systematic approach and communicate it company wide.
Collaborate with department leaders to draft job descriptions, identify key elements of the role, and develop questions to ask in an interview setting that will help determine if a candidate’s skillset is a match.
Proactively source candidates, manage inbound resumes, and conduct first round screenings. Assess each candidates capabilities and experience to determine if they are a good fit for the role.
Keep up to date reports of where all applicants are in the process. Help develop automated email replies to keep candidates informed of their status.
Assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring they are set up in the proper tools and systems.
Organize team building events including happy hours and once annual in person retreats.
You are organized to the bone. You love to create processes and systems that drive efficiency. You’re a team player; someone who will do whatever it takes, things above and beyond your job description to help better the company as a whole. You are trustworthy. You have a strong moral compass and values that guide you in your life and your work. You are kind, positive, warm and friendly. You will be the face of Braintrust, interacting with all prospective candidates and current employees.
Are you still with us? If so, you’re:

Thrive in a remote only environment.
