You will also have a hand in day to day operations at the company, managing administrative items and spearheading culture initiatives that enable employees to do their best work.
A successful candidate in this role will be able to take our existing recruiting process and run it in an organized, efficient, and effective way. They will excel in a high performance culture and always be looking for ways to help the company improve and succeed.
Responsibilities
Manage the hiring process end to end. Develop an organized and systematic approach and communicate it company wide.
Collaborate with department leaders to draft job descriptions, identify key elements of the role, and develop questions to ask in an interview setting that will help determine if a candidate’s skillset is a match.

Keep up to date reports of where all applicants are in the process. Help develop automated email replies to keep candidates informed of their status.
Assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring they are set up in the proper tools and systems.
Organize team building events including happy hours and once annual in person retreats.
