Job Description

Title: Director of US Programs (REACH)

Reporting: Position reports directly to CEO & President

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000

Flexibility: 3 days per week in office (Tu-Th) ; 2 days per week work from home (M/F)

Description: Spearhead the strategic development of US programs and build relationships with key partner institutions within the nonprofit, education, government and private sectors. This role is responsible for the success of US programs by overseeing the activity of the program implementation teams, securing revenue-generating partnerships, and meeting target KPIs for program impact. 

 

Key Objectives of Role:

 

  1. Lead strategy, development, and execution of US Programs (REACH) which consists of the following pillars:
    1. CauseClass - Virtual Education (Grades 6th-12th)
    2. CauseCamps – Summer Camps (Grades 6th-8th)
    3. BLUE Club – Monthly Lectures + Service Activity (Grades 9th-12th)
    4. BLUE Young Leaders Program – 5-month Cohort (Grades 9th-12th)
  2. Lead the strategy, development, execution, and distribution of CauseClass
    1. Develop business model, identify target customer, and build sales funnel for program delivery
    2. Design framework of modules to best fit customer curriculum standards 
    3. Build relationships with school board members to promote county-wide licensing 
    4. Build relationships with school administrators to promote school-wide licensing 
    5. Build relationships with community centers to promote community-wide licensing
    6. Prepare sales kit with pitch deck to be used in meetings 
    7. Develop and grow relationships with county, state, and federal potential funding partners in the government and nonprofit sector 
    8. Supervise Program Manager to oversee administrative tasks and module development timelines
    9. Track program KPIs and ensure target licenses are met
  3. Lead the strategy, development, execution, and distribution of CauseCamps
    1. Develop business model and sales funnel for camp registration through a combination of government subsidized and paid enrollments
    2. Interview and hire camp counselors 
    3. Promote camp to target audience by building relationships with educational institutions
    4. Research low-income student camp subsidies and build relationships with potential pools of students that would be eligible for free registration
    5. Supervise Program Manager to oversee administrative tasks and camp logistics 
    6. Track program KPIs and ensure target registrations are met
  4. Lead the strategy, development, execution, and distribution of BLUE Club and the BLUE Young Leaders Program
    1. Develop framework for club and program that best suits target audience 
    2. Meet with local organizations to establish partnerships for co-hosted programming 
    3. Promote service events and program registration to target audience
    4. Work with partner organizations to develop and deliver lessons 
    5. Supervise Program Manager to ensure consistent programming
