Recruitment Marketing Specialist Pay and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay: $45/hr
  • Worksite: Leading University (Stanford, CA 94305 - Hybrid, open to Remote, candidates must be located in the United States)
  • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
  • 40 hours/week, 4 Month Assignment

Recruitment Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment marketing campaigns across various channels (organic, paid, social) to attract qualified candidates aligned with our Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of programmatic ad campaigns to optimize performance, maximize return on investment (ROI), and inform future strategies.
  • Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand specific needs and develop targeted campaign messaging.
  • Manage and update job board brand profiles, ensuring alignment with our employer branding strategy and attracting a strong pool of candidates.
  • Help manage and update the Google Analytics platform to monitor website traffic data and user behavior insights
  • Foster employee advocacy through social media by creating engaging content and implementing strategies to encourage employee participation.

Recruitment Marketing Specialist Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Analytical skills with experience in advertising performance analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling and targeted marketing copy.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • An understanding current recruitment marketing or able to learn fast.
  • Some knowledge of social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus.
