A leading professional networking company is seeking a Business Analyst. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in supporting our operations, with a focus on administering and enhancing tools such as Coupa and ServiceNow. Additionally, the individual will contribute to defining and building requirements for our future tools roadmap. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience with implementing or enhancing enterprise software platforms (e.g. Salesforce, ServiceNow, Coupa, Workday). Business Analyst Pay and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay: $45-$80 (Pay varies based on candidate's location and experience)

Business Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level global support for S2P tools and systems via Microsoft Teams, email, and ticketing system.
  • Administer user access and permissions within S2P tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address user needs and system issues.
  • Work closely with partner teams to ensure accurate data within S2P systems.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system rollouts and upgrades.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for S2P tools, providing guidance and training to end-users.
  • Contribute to the development of Knowledge Base articles and documentation for internal use.

Business Analyst Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in business systems analysis or systems administration roles.
  • 6+ years of experience with implementing or enhancing enterprise software platforms (e.g. Salesforce, ServiceNow, Coupa, Workday).
  • BS/MS degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with tools and platforms commonly used in support roles.
  • Experience working in a global strategic sourcing organization or within procurement processes.
  • Familiarity with S2P tools such as Coupa, ServiceNow, and Conga or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated communication skills with the ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
