Working as part of our High-Value Customer team, you’ll have proven yourself as an exciting and driven Marketing Operations Manager and in search of your next challenge. Your role will be to build and execute one-off and automated engagement campaigns that will help further boost our enterprise level service offering and customer base. You’ll work with Creative, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Analytics and Customer Success teams to successfully develop systems that deliver high customer engagement. Through CRM tactics, content and other calls-to-action you’ll be part of a dynamic team who seek to drive the best service, engagement and results for 99designs.
You’ll be perfect for this role if:

You have at least 4 years of experience managing email or marketing automation tools with recent success in global, fast-paced environments

You have an understanding of all facets of email or automated marketing tools from list health and deliverability through to copy and creative implementation

You are proficient in managing email/customer automation systems like: Hubspot (preferred) Iterable (preferred), Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor

You are familiar with event tracking and how to apply them to campaigns

You are analytically-minded and believe in the power of data and its ability to drive growth and improvements

You are familiar with incentive-based sales and marketing techniques such as content marketing and promotions

You are not daunted by moving quickly or trying things out of your comfort zone

You are well organized and have unwavering attention to detail

You'll analyze and interpret what behaviors and patterns make high value customers successful and more likely to be acquired, activated and retained.

You'll create the strategy and plan for converting leads and subscribers into MQLs from our inbound customer/site traffic.

You'll create the strategy and execution for re-marketing to our existing high-value customers through a mix of helpful content, email outreach, promotions and other engagement tactics driving increased usage.

You'll find new approaches to lead nurturing and activation, including but not limited to channels like email, calls, etc.

You'll partner with our analytics team to build and identify lead and customer value scoring system.

You'll establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.

You'll be our Hubspot (or your preferred CRM tool) guru.

You'll plan, develop and implement email promotions and automated campaigns to support acquisition and retention growth of our high value customers

You'll measure campaign effectiveness, optimize performance and continuously improve execution

You'll work closely with our engineering and analytics teams to ensure data and intelligence is well integrated and leveraged within our email programs

You'll work alongside product and our SMB-focused teams to ensure continuity within our email communications
